Case 1 · Full-Mouth Rehabilitation

Implants & Restorations
Full-mouth rehabilitation rebuilds all the teeth in one or both jaws. It is for people who have lost most of their teeth, whose teeth are badly worn or broken, or who struggle with loose dentures.
This is the core work of a prosthodontist. Dr. Rima plans how your teeth should look and how your bite should work, then builds the treatment around that.
A full set of teeth fixed onto several implants. You do not remove them.
A denture that clips onto a few implants. Removable for cleaning but stable while eating.
When enough healthy teeth remain, they can be rebuilt with crowns, sometimes combined with implants.
Examination, X-rays or a 3D scan, photos and records of your bite.
Your new teeth are designed for your face, lips and bite before any surgery.
Options, stages, visits, timeline and full cost are explained and agreed.
Implants are placed. Temporary teeth are used during healing where possible.
The final fixed teeth are made, fitted and adjusted for your bite.

Full-mouth rehabilitation is a core part of an MDS prosthodontist’s training.
The final teeth are planned first, so the implants are placed where they are needed.
You know each stage, the timeline and the cost before you begin.
It is rebuilding all the teeth in one or both jaws, using implants, crowns, bridges or a combination, so you can eat, speak and smile with confidence.
Often yes, if there is enough bone to hold implants. A scan at the consultation shows what is possible in your case.
It is done in stages and usually takes a few months. Your plan includes a timeline for each stage.
In most cases temporary teeth are provided while the implants heal. Dr. Rima will explain what is possible for you.
